For my US Force I needed a gun crew, so I converted some hard plastic figures from Hasegawa's US Infantry Combat Team set. Not a bad set, but lot's of excess plastic to remove and the figures are quite skinny.
Two figures were needed for the stand and being in a hurry I took the easiest conversion option by cutting away a M1 rifle for the kneeling figure. A old shell was substituted in it's place.
Quick and simple conversion, just the way I like it.
