Today's worth a look site is Small Soldiers at http://www.smallsoldiers.ru/english/index.htm . An interesting site with some worthwhile conversions and articles. I add that it has not been updated for about three years now, but there is still plenty to have a gander at. Cheers.
On an unrelated subject, I seem to be having a little trouble in commenting on other peoples blogs, I don,t know if it is my Internet connect or blogger, but I write in the comment, word verify it, but then the blog seems to time out. Has anyone else had this problem. Geordies and Easternfunkers are the ones I have the most problem with.
Nice site thanks Paul :)

ReplyDeleteI've been fighting the system as well, yesterday I nearly got locked out of my own blogs, and had to close-down, restart and use the bookmark to the Dashboard, as it had been refusing my password at login. I think it's all linked to Google profiles taking over from Blogger Profiles, just when I'd managed to get the opposite to happen!!!!
ReplyDeleteNice site, shame that is not updated since 2007.
ReplyDeleteOther note. I don't seam to have any problem posting.
I had it happen on Geordie's a while back, but only the once.
ReplyDeleteI've found trying to leave comments when looking at some blogs in Mozilla Firefox has been overcome by then successfully doing this in Internet Explorer!
ReplyDeleteIn fact, that was what I did yesterday in order to leave a message for you...try doing it all in Internet Explorer (or in Mozilla Firefox, if the problem is in Internet Explorer).
Becuase Mozilla Firefox updates itself so frequently, sometimes twice in a week, the new versions don't always play nicely with blogging software.
Cheers guys, I am glad its just not me. I use IE, hope this is a temporary issue.
ReplyDeleteTesting Testing... is this me ? :-)
ReplyDeleteIf this post appears then I've passed the test. I use Firefox, maybe it's IE.... ?
Cheers,
John
There is a real problem at the moment with Firefox and Hotmail which is producing a lot of buzz on the FF forum, yet the FF team aren't answering the questions posed...now Google owns Hotmail and Blogger/Blogspot, they also own 'Chrome'.
ReplyDeletePutting my cynical paranoid hat on, is there a possibility Google are trying to get us to drop FF and adopt Chrome?
Cue sinister music and shadow moving right to left!
No idea - I think changing settings/options in browsers about cookies also stuffs it up too.
ReplyDeleteI think Hugh is right...Yipes!!!
ReplyDeleteTried again to post on Geordies and Easternfunkers blogs, no dice although the others I posted today went thru no hassles.
