Step six: Using a container of flock for your ground cover and spoil, take the stand and dip it into the material until the ground cover is attached to the PVA.
Step seven: Leave to dry for a couple of hours or a night. Shake off excess flock back into container.
Step eight: After drying place a blob of PVA in the area you want to base your figures.
Step nine: Place your figures in the aperture, ensure they remain in the position you want them as some time they may move. Leave to dry overnight.
