I finished the painting of the 76mm Infantry Gun last without too much hassle and immediately put it into my 1st Regiment's Gun Company. Above gun crew and gun. One per Gun Company at Regimental strength. Both figures Italeri.
Next we have one command Infantry stand with Italeri Zis-3 Gun figure and Revell rifleman.
Last one Limber stand, or in my case Pack Horse ex Airfix and the handler from the old ESCI Soviet set.
It keeps getting bigger and bigger!
ReplyDeleteLine production on the go!
Nicely painted there mate!
T.
Nice looking crew and gun.Scratch building is always rewarding(if not a pain in the asre). You could use some HaT fast build T-34's or Pegasus kits for armour mate.I am crap at largre build but they do come up well and quickly.Would really set of your Russian army mate.
ReplyDeleteThe gun looks great Paul, nice idea.
ReplyDeleteIs it me or just the light ? That pointing artilleryman has a green face - reminds me of one of the Wicked Witch of the West's guards.... :-)
Cheers for the comments.
ReplyDeleteIt's the light I am sure, or was it something he ate...
I do not really like the Armourfast T34's but i am sure that the armoured part of the Division will show itself in the next few posts...
Once again always good to get feedback.
Looks great, good choice of crew figures
