Quick post tonight as the Cooks parents are here, and I must be sociable.
Desert Dave sent in these photo's of a kit I sent him last month for his Christmas gift.
More of a wargaming kit rather than a accurate model, it still comes out quite nicely.
I am pretty sure that the figures have been stolen from the Italeri Elite German Infantry set. This is a very cheap set here in NZ and retails for less than $10.00 NZD each, cheaper than the Airfix German armoured car!
I will let the photo's do the rest of the talking...

I think the Italeri stuff is great and managed to get hold of some new Romans and Gothian cavalry just before Christmas (no chance to start them yet though).

ReplyDeleteI'm going to stick with the Hasegawa kits (since I've already done two of them) but if I see these at Swap-n-sells then they will do just as well.
