I applied the decals on Friday afternoon, but have been tied up with other projects. After application I realized I had missed some other important areas such as the indicators, and windscreen wipers.
So tonight I added those and this model is declared finished. The decals provided are a arse. especially the Flag...Avoid the flag maties, avoid the flag...
Overall a nice hassle free kit that will sit well on the game table, I will being buying a few more of these for sure.
This is superb! I had no idea this sort of quality could be achieved in 1/72 scale! Do you base your models? Well done with this kit.
ReplyDeleteCheers Carl, I think the work is OK, but everything looks fine and dandy when you squint!
ReplyDeleteI don't actually base these, but I may have to on some of my older kits to stop the rubber tracks from destruction...must get onto that!
I have added your excellent blog to my blog list tonight as well.
Rock on!
Nice, pity they aren't two to a box
