Dave has sent me some pic's of his Dragon Israeli Defence Force Paratroops he has been working on over the last week or so. It took Dave quite a while to get the IDF uniform colour just right.
RPG and loader (mule) along with a Radio Operator.
Lovely detail on the facial features.
Of course the Galil is now out of front line service with the IDF, and the M16/M4 versions that replaced it in the Army are now likely to be replaced with the Tavor MTAR 21.
FN MAG Gunner, the GPMG looks a little less chunky than it should towards the barrel end.
The stretcher is a nice touch.
Looking like a John Travolta strut, the 40mm Under and over Grenade launcher.
The original box. Lovely work again from Dave. Just itching for a diorama setting.
Bloody nice figures, even if they are a bit large!!!Like the blokes nose.I got my hands on a set of 1/72nd Under fire miniatures 1980's IDF it's on five blokes but they look the nuts.
'On the Green-Line' nice figs
ReplyDeleteI don't suppose he said just what paint he did use for that Israeli olive? Thinking of getting some of the new Orion 1/72nd Israeli's for myself.
