Kitech Mil Mi 24 Hind F Pt2: The Nightmare Continues

More work on the Craptech Hind. Pleasure ensure you have plenty of alcohol when constructing this as you will need to to cheer you up. Massive gaps that just don't go away.
I have a feeling that I will be needing a new tube of putty as well.
Sometimes the parts just plainly do not fit.
The nose cone is terrible...How is this round? I consider myself not to bad in construction, but this one may be beyond me. Pass the bourbon.

  2. Sorry, no bourbon. I've got Ballantyne Whiskey or Bombay Sapphire Gin.

  3. You have my sympathy... I put off building my Kitech Cobras for the last two years.

  5. Monty, I am sure you could find a Kitech kit over there to get your teeth into.

I am pretty sure that a few years ago Airfix had a Sea Cobra that was licence produced from the same company.

    I heard it blowed.

    Regards Paul

  7. Hi Peabody, the Cobra is mint compared to the Hind (Which is jack!).

Let them mature another few years, then buy a Fujimi kit instead.

  8. Al. Here I am doing you a favour and I getting nothing but crap.

  9. Have you considered carving a Hind from a lump of filler? Probably amounts to the same thing?

  10. If I'm going to drink spirits, I prefer them to be good quality. Beer is a different story. Some cheap Aussie beers are also very good, so why spend the cash?
