I finished this off yesterday with the painting of the crew figures.

While I had no issues with the wheels that Al had I did have a issue with the figures hands on the handles and dials. Not a major bit a little fiddly.

Overall ten out of ten for this kit and well done Zvezda for producing it. Nice that it can cover a long period of service as well.

I might pick up another one of these later on to complete a Unit, but being a AA gun it is not a real priority.
Nice. I have one of these on the to-do list (a long way down) .
ReplyDeleteI knew you would have the good taste to have at least one of these gems tucked away Tim.
ReplyDeleteIts a good 20 minute job constructing one of these.
That looks tempting....too many models but money is too tight to mention.... ;-)
ReplyDeleteNice work Paul! :)
Hi! you did a very nice job over those figures, they can be very tricky, in fact I had some troubles too putting them together. overall a very nice kit, and quite cheap too.
ReplyDeleteNice kit and well done on the making and painting.
ReplyDeleteThis one looks as nice as the german 20mm gun.
ReplyDeleteI am still impressed that they are able to create straight gun barrels (which are so long and thin!) with this kind of plastic while some figures (of a random manufacturer) with MP40s feature banana-barrels...
Great work Paul and Zvezda ;)
Hey, what are you trying to say?
ReplyDeleteCheers Thanos. I guess money is very tight over there!
ReplyDeleteThats why I have a hoard.
Regards Paul
Hi Giano, I have a little trouble with the arm stubbs but after cutting them down they were sweet.
ReplyDeleteCheers Paul
Thanks Fran, these beauties make themselves really.

Hi Mojo, 100% correct about the barrels. They must be switched on in the planning phase.
ReplyDeleteCheers Paul
